Joclyn Despain has a scar. In fact, it is almost like a brand on her skin. I have to say I am torn, I kind of like the falling cover, but this one is certainly lovely as well. Perhaps the other is just (to me) a little more eye-catching. Regardless, I am really looking forward to the read and will likely be picking it up for my kindle, just as soon as the budget gods release me from book buying jail LOL
